OURS TECHNOLOGY

Salsnes Filter is a mechanical filtration technology designed to capture and dewater solids present in water streams with a high organic load. The system separates the solids from the liquid flow through its filter mesh and significantly reduces the volume of the waste, facilitating its handling and subsequent recovery.

By decreasing the volume and improving the quality of the by-product, it allows for optimized waste management and reduced operational costs associated with transportation and final disposal.

.

Waister is a thermal drying technology designed for the valorization of wet organic waste. Its continuous process reduces the moisture content of organic matter, generating a dry, stable, and easy-to-handle byproduct.

This improves logistics, reduces transport costs, and enhances the use of the by-product for new purposes.

.

The combination of filtration (Salsnes Filter) and thermal drying (Waister) allows the treatment of organic waste at different stages of the process. While Salsnes separates and dehydrates the solids present in water streams, Waister reduces the moisture content of the resulting material, generating a dry and stable byproduct.

When both technologies are implemented together, the system significantly reduces waste volume, optimizes handling, and facilitates transport or subsequent recovery. This approach is particularly efficient in operations with high volumes of organic waste or remote locations, where volume reduction and material stabilization can represent significant savings in transport and disposal costs.

The technologies can also operate independently, allowing the solution to be adapted to the specific needs of each operation.
